Now that our development is 20 years old, it is imperative that our trees need to be trimmed so all homeowners can walk on the sidewalks safely and the light posts are clear from the trees. Tree trimming has been raised along the sidewalk as a major issue by many homeowners and this needs to be resolved immediately. Thank you to the homeowners who already maintain their trees and have uplifted them.
There are many that still need to be trimmed, uplifted, or removed if they are dead. The HOA Board is assisting homeowners who have not maintained their trees with the following quote. Please review and if you would like to participate with Scarpone Tree, please reach out to them with this contract. You can also complete this task yourself or with your own tree company as well. The HOA Board will be reaching out to homeowners who are not maintaining their trees to ensure this project is successful across the development.
